golang-gopkg-asn1-ber.v1-dev software package provides ASN1 BER Encoding / Decoding Library for the GO programming language, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-gopkg-asn1-ber.v1-dev
